The Danny Frawley Centre offers an exceptional experience, boasting knowledgeable and accommodating staff who make every visit memorable. It has everything you need to benefit your health and well being, I do Pilates, a gym workout, laps in the pool and get to recover from my workout in the hydro pool/ice baths with a sauna to top it off. The centre is extremely clean and still feels so new. I’d recommend the DFC to anyone of all ages looking for a place to exercise.
I come in very regularly, generally early mornings and evenings and a member since day1.nI have seen a lot of growth since I started coming in March 2022!! Super impressive.nAll the staff here are great, professional but also super friendly, greet you with a smile and ask how your day is going.nIt is a very uplifting environment; I strongly recommend coming a joining up :.nEarlier there were Yoga classes in the evening which suits our office timings 6-7 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, I observed recently changes in yoga class timings and removal of same on Thursdays. It’s bit annoying gradually evening Yoga classes are shrinking or at time which doesn’t suits our work hours. Please can this be looked upon.nThanks.nO
Recommended by the physiotherapists at Caulfield Hospital to assist recovery following an operation. Facility is clean, is not overcrowded and is not overrun by bodybuilders.nnI haven't had issues with the pool being crowded - I choose my pool visits so they don't coincide with classes that may result in congestion in the pool.nnVery happy with decision to join DFC
Irina is an excellent swim teacher for my 9-year-old daughter. She is loving her lessons and progressing well. The pool area is always clean tidy and uncluttered. The area feels very safe for the kids.
A big thank you to Matt and the team. My 6-year old son had a fabulous time at the school holiday program last week. He has gained so much confidence in the water and made some new friends. Thanks to Alex his teacher for her patience and guidance. We look forward to starting swimming lessons.
