I worked for Danlaid in Perth under Albert Farah and I am very happy to be out of this company! The conditions prevailing there are frightening. We have used very harmful chemicals that are carcinogenic. I was promised safety equipment by the boss, but even after repeated requests, I never saw them. The poisonous substances were constantly in the lungs and on the skin. But Albert Farah did not care, because for him that would mean wasting time and money for safety and that was not in his interest. I was always admonished to work faster to get the job done, even if that means the quality suffers greatly. His statement was, that time only costs him money. When the boss was stressed again, he became very rude and insulting, then sometimes we should give up any work steps, because you only see the top product. At the moment you usually see no difference, but then the customer has to pay for the bad work after some time. In a short conversation with him, he told me about his euphoria for Hitler and that he supported his cause because he thinks there are just too many people living on our earth and a few have to die.
You can see the selfish and exploitative leadership of this company. That is how I experienced it myself, and in the end I realized that Albert Farah exploits not only his customers, but also his employees at their expense. Without collusion, my salary was lowered and they daily canceled me hours. When I asked for my payment I was only threatened and I was insulted.
So I would advise everyone against this company, whether customer or worker!!!
