Fabulous gym with such a supportive community, which is situated in a great location with lots of parking. The classes are targeted to all fitness abilities and diffentiated so each class will challenge you individually based on your own fitness goals. I first met the owner Dani 6 years ago, she is very approachable and has always helped me reach my fitness goals. A highlight has been returning after giving birth recently. I have been attending my sessions with my baby and have felt so at ease as there is a large community of other active mums and dads and together we help each other out. The gym and equipment is always spotless. High recommended!
Dani and the team at DCPT are such fantastic trainers, they’re so knowledgeable, friendly and have created such a welcoming community to train in. I love each and every session from the strength sessions, testing my physical strength, to the hybrid and hiit sessions that test not only your physical but mental strength to push yourself to the limits. I look forward to my sessions and seeing all of my gym buddies every day.
Fun friendly and welcoming gym. Dani and the team go above and beyond to make every session enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone any age
