I have previously left a 1 Star review for this Dan Murphy’s, today the lady that was working at the store near the spirits section then at the registers was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She helped in every way she could and made the experience an amazing one, well done on turning things around! You had the wow factor today!!
Wide selection of liquor, friendly staff. Ample parking at underground or rooftop. Special deals for Dan Murphy members.
Love Dan's website and delivery. Always pickup a deal on something I would have missed at the shop. Delivery always quick.
Ordered from these guys as a delivery, as a gift for a family member. Clearly indicated the family members name in the order, but delivery driver walked off as the billing name was different to the delivery order name. Driver apparently doesn’t have the patience or can’t read? Not sure. Anyway, still waiting for the order to be delivered even after 2x speaking to customer service on a new delivery time.nnJimmy Brings is working on 1990s service experience.nnWould highly NOT recommend.
