Great selection...clean spacious store...plenty parking space...friendly and helpful staff....keep up the good work....ore wine tasting event please.
I went in to Dan Murphy’s at Norwood today with my friend. We both bought some beautiful items, the cashier was lovely however the lady at the tasting bar was incredibly rude, and judgmental. Not only that, the security guard noticed we were not happy with our experience and then accused us of theft when this was not the case at all. The cashier fixed this up with the guard. This has really put me off from ever shopping at Dan Murphy’s at all. There is no reason to treat people so poorly. Customer service and attitude needs to be fixed at this store.
Customer services is the worst ever. The blond lady that works there is very rude.
Great deals, good options and variety .
