I have been trying for over an hour to get a phone number for Dan Murphy’s North Mackay to check if they have the product I require but I just keep getting taken round in circles. Their website says it is “in stock” but their Mackay store also says that but the guy I spoke to last Sunday said they haven’t had any for nearly 12 months. I don’t want to drive all the way to Mt Pleasant to be told they are out of stock. Very poor service Dan Murphy.

We have always had great customer service at the South Mackay store. Unfortunately this was not replicated in the Mount Pleasant store tonight. My friend had an online order, after going to the movies we ducked in to collect. He did not have his driver's license on him, but had his phone with the full order and code. He had a photo of his licence on his phone and other ways to confirm his identity, all were rejected by the rude staff member. I had my drivers licence and they could have explained we could have changed the collect name to myself. But they offered no solution or any advice. He cancelled his order at that store and we won't be back there again. We then went to south Mackay and had a pleasant experience.
They've got a huge variety of liquor, and their pricing is excellent.
Great selection of alcohol! Especially Soju. The staff are always helpful and friendly. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here then you probably won’t find it in town at all
