Dan needs to remodel it's ancient check out procedures so we don't waste are time lining up which is guaranteed to happen in this store. Must say some staff are exceptional Friendly and efficient in checking IDs and processing customers orders. However with others it would be easier crossing into North Korea than leaving this store. Also no trolleys available so can only buy what u can carry to the car.

I’ve always found them good they always open Another checkout when it’s busy and give my partner access To the larger checkout when he’s there on his mobile scooter...The women are very thoughtful..not always so for the young men who tell him to try force his way through the narrow checkout ..But someone else nice always helps him out...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My online order was delivered incorrectly, online arranged for me to pick up correct things from Marion store- stuffed up my refund, then refused to understand how, then even when another member came and explained the mistake- there was not a single apology or an ounce of thanks for my patience. Just haughty attitude like I was one wasting their time! It was your company’s stuff up in the first place! Zero accountability or trying to make me feel better for the mess around. Zero concern or care. To top it all off, I called customer care- only to be continued to be fobbed off and dismissed....like seriously?! You have an upset and now angry customer and your idea of service is to dismiss them???!!! Get you customer service in order Dan Murphy’s. This is THE LAST TIME I AM PURCHASING FROM YOU. And I will be sure to pass my opinions along.
