Went in to get a click and collect and it was some what busy, so I wanted in line at the registers. A man cut in front of me in front of me, and the lady at the till said nothing continue to serve him anyway. When it was my turn the lady was rude and dismissive towards me. She told me I don’t need to wait in line and that for my order I needed to wait outside my order was not a direct to boot. The man serving on the other till stepped in and showed me where to wait inside and assured me it would be long. The rude lady with glasses and red ish hair continued to give poor customer service and ignored me while I was waiting. Her excuse was she was busy in the till that’s why she dismissed me I was not holding merchandise to purchase, so I was not her problem . I wish this was the first negative experience I have had with her but this is the third time now. She has continued with this poor behaviour on several occasions even yelling at my partner for lining up in the wrong place.
Friendly staff and a great range
Wonderful worker there told me not to buy cigarettes there because they rip you off hear. They are very expensive. And said it’s best to go to a supermarket. Such a lovely thoughtful man.
Terrible service and blatant racism. The printer was broken and the line was insanely long. The staff was completely unprofessional. The group before us—a man and a child—weren’t even asked for ID. But when it was our turn, suddenly they had to “thoroughly check” everything. Why such double standards? Why treat people differently based on how they look? Absolutely unacceptable.
Here should be the first shop for alcoholic tourists because of Lowest Price Guarantee, widest range, long Opening Hours, right in CBD with lots of attractions/photo spots nearby such as but not limited to Female Factory Historical Site now is Launceston College & FREE TASTING, max 3 per person. Tasmanian Wines & Craft Beers are generally expensive when compared to all major brands with mass production. Elsewhere Distilleries in TAS whisky tastings are typically around $40 for 3 different types of 15ml each. Yes, Security Contractors are quite rude but unfortunately no where else has more &/orncheaper even at that 2 local Breweries now owned by 2 Japanese companies respectively, some Distilleries & Vineyards so I did not give a ship. Members may have further exclusive discounts.
