Make sure everyone with you has ID even if they look remotely like they could be under 25. Went in with a friend who was 25 but didn't have a wallet on him and we were refused service even though it would be seemingly obvious to have had him wait outside if he wasn't 18. The guy at the counter even made a point to other people serving at the checkouts that I couldn't but alcohol until my friend came back with ID

Dan Murphys generally has the best prices of any liquor store around but it is hard to tell what is a deal and what is not by the price tags because they all look the same. It would be awesome if they had coloured price tags to highlight specials and deals. Although there is a deal sheet available at the counter, it only lists a fraction of the price changes for the day. Either way, you're still going to get a bargain, it just takes a bit more legwork and some Google'ing.

Great store, however might be a good idea to restock the premixed drinks at mid day, usually by 2pm the selection is very limited

Christmas Eve the website claimed that the store will open at 8 a.m. got there at 8 a.m. 20 people maybe waiting around the entrance no sign of life 8:15 still nothing. I left, first time experience
