The available product at this Dan Murphy’s is impressive but the service is pretty terrible. I ordered online for click and collect, dropped into the store and asked a member of staff where to go for click and collect. He pretty much grunted to me it was next door, couldn’t understand the grunting so asked again, he barely looked up from his register. I went next door, and it’s clearly marked click and collect I just didn’t see it. The service from the staff there again was just lacklustre. No greeting no nothing. Just mumbles. If people are going to work in customer services they should at least enjoy working with people and if a customer is being nice try and make the effort to be nice and polite back
After working in customer service for many years, it's still so disappointing going into this store to receive abysmal customer service on the checkout, to the point where the cashier says completely nothing to you as you check out your items. I think you can do better Dan Murphys.
It's my local bottle shop. Always has what I'm looking for. Reasonable prices. Huge selection. Plenty of parking. Friendly helpful staff.
This is the only Dan Murphy's store I found to have very friendly & proactive helpful staff. Well done staff & management!
Click and collect took too long to pick up. Dan Murphys click and collect desk is shared with Woolworths, so whilst there were 4 in line for pick up, there seemingly was only 1 staff member manning the desk and they had to look for Woolworths orders at the back which too some time for each person. Frustrating when you are picking up one item from Dan Murphy's and did click and collect to save time. In this instance, it was very much quicker to have gone into the store, find the product and make the purchase.

Thank you so much to Dot for taking is on a whisky tasting adventure. It was normally not her field and she went out of her comfort zone to meet our needs. We walked away with the exact drop of whisky we were after.
