I just would like to appraise the staff at Dan Murphy’s Frenchs Forest on 13/06 at around 1:50 pm who made the experience outstanding. From the moment he approached me, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right wines. Nice Italian MoscatonnHe took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and shared his knowledge with confidence without ever being pushy. His recommendations were excellent and made choosing much easier.nnIt’s rare to come across such proactive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service. He is a real asset to the team, and I wanted to make sure his great work is recognised. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience!
A good news story !nToday, Saturday around lunchtime, I took my laden trolley to my car, loaded the car and once home, I realised I'd left a cask of Apera in my trolley in the car park. Tried calling the store to see if a kind soul had found it and handed it in but there was a 1300 number which didn't answer. I decided to drive the 4 kms back to the store just on the off chance. Trolley was where I'd left it, minus the cask. Inside I asked a helpful staffer if anyone, by chance, had handed it in. He said no but we'll give you a new cask at no cost. Most decent of him and most appreciated. As he went to collect it, I noticed the cask I'd bought on a nearby counter so a kind customer HAD returned it to the store and left it on a counter ! Thank you very much, kind person ! And thanks to Dan Murphy for offering to replace the wine had it gone missing.

Why is click and collect always warm? You never pick cold beer or wine.
