Been shopping here since they opened in 2014. Best Dan Murphy's range in the country, and some of the friendliest, most helpful staff (shout out to Xander)! Excellent wine, champagne and whisky selections, esp the single malt range. Recently bought a bottle of Royal Salute 21 yo which I opened last night, only to find it was spoiled by cork taint. A very rare occurrence with whiskies, but nevertheless when I returned to the store today and spoke with Toby the manager, he took one whiff of the cork and replaced the bottle with no fuss whatsoever. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service, I go there every week and barely get recognised by staff, even got asked to leave once because my partner didn't have ID, who also go's every week. Good businesses recognise and reward their valued customers, not Dan Murphys Double Bay.
