I had a very disappointing experience at Dan Murphy’s Cranbourne East. The customer service was extremely poor, and the girl at the cashier were rude and unprofessional. There was no effort to assist or even communicate politely, which made the whole experience unpleasant.nnFor a well-known store, I expected a much higher standard of service. Definitely needs improvement in staff attitude and customer handling.
Was there at 1953 hrs to buy some drinks for son's birthday but the staffs were already prepared to go home and had their shutter closed already. Could see me from inside but I guess they don't get paid to work to service the customers till they time they close.nDisgusted!
Friendly staff. Pricing based on DM average - good. Always asking if I need assistance. Glad it’s a local of ours.
More than the eyes can see, plenty to select from. The first time I walked into this store, the selection was mind boggling.
Ordered online, staff were very helpful on pickup - process was easy and communication was strong and consistent regarding when to collect etc. parking was accessible and close by and didn’t wait very long. Store was clean and had a wide range of products to choose from.
