I had an unpleasant experience with the security guard at the gate on 20/09/2025 at 6:20PM. The guard was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating us as if we were trying to enter without paying. Despite showing my valid ID, I was still denied entry without any clear explanation. This behavior was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I strongly recommend that the management review the conduct of this particular guard and consider replacing them with someone who understands basic courtesy and customer service.
The staff are always friendly and so incredibly helpful particularly if you have that lost and I cannot find what I am looking for vibe about you. However typically they check in with you when you first walk in the door. Plus they know their stock which is vast. Thanks guys.
This is a standalone store. Conveniently located on Canning Highway next to the Como Hotel & pub.nDecent size with a good range of beer, wines, and spirits on offer. Plenty of parking at the door and in front of the shop and they offer a pick up service.nVery friendly and helpful staff, too.
Chris from Dan Murphy’s Como is an absolute legend! He was so helpful and thoughtful while we selected a range of wines for a party. Fantastic customer service, 10/10
It was my worst shopping experience in Australia for 3 years. The security guard was so rude. If you wanna check ID, please be friendly, we are not prisoners!!!
