Awkward to navigate on my mobility scooter due to stacks of booze placed at ends of most aisles see pics. Also odd that the entrance faces away from Warrigal Road so blink & you miss it.nAs usual, awesome selection & very good prices - better than large chain subsidiaries. I've been a member for years & often have access to amazing deals.
The staff here are really lovely and knowledgeable. There's a woman who's on frequently who knows exactly the right time to leave people alone or check if they need help with anything, she's a star. Sure, the prices are good, but the staff here are competent and friendly and it's quite refreshing.
Customer service was out standing, greeted at the door, very surprised. Approached while shopping by staff, and east pleasant transaction at the register.nCustomer service is clearly a priority or maybe staff still care about their customers here.nI came in very close to closing and it was not an issue for the staff what so evernKeep it up, customers love this stuff and keep coming back.

I had a really great experience with Ashley, a Dan Murphy's staff member - I knew nothing about gin or most other spirits apart from rum!, and I was taught a lot more about gins, including a gin-specific taste testing session which helped a lot with my understanding of the different gins out there. In general, the staff here are really supportive, and are always willing to advise you regarding what you should buy to suit your needs.
