will never come this Danmury again, Its my first time I met not agree customers to buy beers Danmurymy friends and I have a big party tonight, so we need more than 10 cases of beer, so we come to this Dan to buy, and bought the voucher before we arrive, but stupid the staff identify as we r retailer and refuse to sell us beers, Maybe just cause we're Asian? We came to the store just near 9pm, thats means we r no time to go another Danmury to use the voucher, it spoiled our good Friday night
My wife and I had dropped into the store to make a purchase and whilst browsing the aisle was approached by store assistant Hannah … what an absolute delight - courteous, knowledgeable and took time and effort to find a wine that met our needs. Real old-fashioned service excellence - thanks! I will make an effort to visit this store each time I need to select a particular type of wine.
I was in the store for not even 2 minutes before being approached by Hannah. Their customer service skills were excellent, they were prompt with offering solutions when the certain drinks I wanted weren’t available and had an all over amazing attitude. Definitely one of the best Dan Murphy experiences I’ve had thanks to Hannah
They stock King Fisher Beer and a BIG selection of NA 0% Beer!! The workers are incredibly helpful and very service oriented. Made me not have to spend so much time surrounded by alcohol
It’s a Dan Murphy’s, much like the others, but I particularly like this one. The staff here seem to be particularly helpful. Last visit I was recommended a bourbon to gift - which turned out to be quite delicious, many thanks! Time before that, I couldn’t find the specific liquor I was after, and the staff member joyfully joined the search, and made the sleuthing an experience, not a chore. Yes, service still exists, and we, the customer, notice when it’s done well. Keep it up!
A young girl that always wears a cap is rude and talks behind your back to other colleagues. I can't believe she still has a job there she does nothing and let's the guys do all the work and I'm a regular at the store and spend a lot of money. I'll travel else where for better service and not to see her face again. It's a shame cause most of the guys are really nice and helpful however due to this rude girl I'll pay extra to go elsewhere.
I'm a wine or champagne drinker, for some reason they have stopped chilling certain wines. When I asked why they said they put things on rotation. But, if your a beer or spirit drinker seems to be no problem. They only sell alcohol, how bloody hard is it to accommodate all drinkers. Told manager I'd be going to Safeway from now on. He couldn't care less
After going home had to return back because security lids were not removed. from Alcohol bottles. Staff did not even care to apologies. Very poor customer service. Shockingly inconsiderate.
They don't have yhe same stock of quality wines that other Dans store have. Staff are friendly and helpful though.
I had a really great experience with Ashley, a Dan Murphy's staff member - I knew nothing about gin or most other spirits apart from rum!, and I was taught a lot more about gins, including a gin-specific taste testing session which helped a lot with my understanding of the different gins out there. In general, the staff here are really supportive, and are always willing to advise you regarding what you should buy to suit your needs.
