visited this place recently and had an bad experience with an old lady staff member who was full of attitude and had limited knowledge. She seemed frustrated and was unable to assist me properly. I recommend ensuring that your staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and capable of providing good customer service. Having more energetic and helpful employees would greatly improve the shopping experience.

I was blown away this afternoon by the amazing, knowledgeable staff at this Dan's. Honestly, it's rare to come across such good customer service these days so it was a treat.nI wasn't sure what to try red wine wise, so on the 2nd time I was asked if I need assistance, I took up the offer. I was guided towards Pinot Nior, it's slightly chilling in the fridge as we speak to try in an hour or two.nI will most certainly be back to try something else again as per the few vegan organic Pinot's that were suggested.nThanks again, keep up the good work!
For a Dan Murphys it's tiny. Still, they manage to have almost everything you'd want. There's not much in the way of ambient beer, so not the best place to go for a carton but the staff were friendly and helpful even though it was busy when I was there. Prices are still Dan's, so it's still the best place in the area for your grog!
