This is an epic store for local products. They have an awesome setup of Fizzer with different flavours. The beer selection is great with lots of local options. My favourite is Old Mate Pale Ale. The staff in the store are super helpful and have great knowledge. They always say hello and offer help. They have some great specials and offer a members discount on some products. The parking here is great. I always get a car park. The click and collect option is sometimes helpful when I’m in a rush. I do prefer going into the store for the customer service.
Quite the incredible store, very clean and well set up. Car park is easy to access with plenty of parking. staff are really friendly and made my visit efficient and informative. Simon was fantastic with his product knowledge and customer service, he was very honest and really took the time to help me. Would happily drive the 40 minutes from my house just to buy from this store again
My boyfriend went in to by a slab he’s 27, but he left his wallet at home so didn’t have his ID. I went in to grab them for him as I had my ID, and the girl at the counter was so condescending and rude, saying that she can’t give them to me because she knew they were for someone that didn’t have their ID. I totally understood that and completely get its part of their job, so that’s fine, but the way she spoke to me was so rude and condescending, making me feel like I was dumb when I was being really nice and understanding. Don’t appreciate being talked to like I’m a child especially when I was being really lovely and not causing a fuss at all, which might not have happened if it was another customer.
It was very easy to get in and out, car park was big enough. Click and collect order was super easy, only took 1min minutefelt that way!! Young asian guy was very professional and friendly. We got out within 3 min. I was very surprised about quick and efficient service.Highly recommend !!
Good range of products and some tempting bargains. Couldn't find the Bailey's but staff member walked me to it .....nice
Great selection of everything. Cool room is easy to see from outside so you don't spend too long in the cold. They recycle boxes for customer use. Ample parking. Head office attached to store. Nice to see more authentic spirits for sale.
Broad range of wines, spirits and beers available at great prices. Staff always on hand to assist you if needed.
The guys in the wine section are very knowledgeable.. great service and one of the largest ranges I have seen.. no matter your choice of poison
