Called into Dans at around 5pm on a weekday. I was browsing various selves around the store and was pleasantly surprised that almost every member of staff had a welcoming smile and asked me if I required any assistance. All were good interactions without pressure to purchase. Seemed like a pleasant place to work with good staff culture. All together a great experience.

What a rock show their click and collect is. I definitely do not recommend using them. Put an order in and after half an hour it still wasn’t ready. Tried to collect it but they still wouldn’t recognise I’d put the order in so I had to end up going in to buy another carton. 5 hours later still don’t know what’s happening because I haven’t been notified it’s ready or cancelled. They have no idea what they’re doing!
Good place, just like any other Dan Murphy and I felt the wait time was not that muchbat the checkout and it was not really crowded when I went there. I got what I wanted so overall nothing to complain.
Don't order online from Dan Murphy, We ordered a Bottle of Woodford Reserved double Oaked as a gift and when we received the item, there was no packaging, which really isn't the gift/product we ordered. I contacted their online chat only to receive the poorest of responses that said, some stores don't have this. I said, that was a poor response and they ended the chat. They wont be getting any of my money any more and if they check my club card they will see this is the cheapest bottle of alcohol I have ever bought off of them so they will miss out. Poor service, Misleading advertising on their website, poor chat experience.
