We cannot thank Jerome and the team at Dalton Catering enough for catering our wedding in May for 70 guests. Jerome was always helpful and quick to respond from the very beginning and very accommodating with all our changes. We had a grazing table and fire dome to cook chicken stuffed with bacon and thyme and whole Black Angus Sirloin with vege. Our guests still rave that this was the best beef they have ever had! The food was delicious!! I would highly recommend Dalton Catering.

We'd give more stars if we could! We used Dalton to cater for our small wedding event that we held in our garden. It was absolutely perfect!! We had a meat/grazing board, followed by the canapes, shared paella with all the sides and dessert. The food was delicious - all of our guests were raving about it! It is very clear that Dalton use the highest quality ingredients. The staff were all wonderful too - from the team that helped us organise the menu, catering to dietary requirements, to the boys in the kitchen and Lauren who was an absolute superstar, helping set and style our table, serve food and drinks and making sure everyone was having a great time! The kitchen was left spotless at the end of the day and Lauren even came back the next day to collect glasses/plates etc! We're looking for an excuse to do it all over again! Thank you so much team Dalton for making our day perfect!

Jerome, Lauren and team were amazing!!! They catered for a garden sit down lunch for 50 people. Everything was super easy from booking, help with menu choices and even a single vegan meal for a special guest was catered for. Lauren and her team helped with everything. They made a special celebration unforgettable. I can’t thank them enough.

All stages of planning our event in our home were exceptional. Our chef and hospitality manager on the night, Alistair and James were fantastic.  The menu Jerome Dalton suggested for our very special evening was exquisite.  Our guests, all of which are 'foodies' like us, as we love cooking and entertaining in our homes, were extremely impressed with the delicious canapés.  In fact, the food was so unique and mouth-watering ... we just kept on eating ... .  Thank you Jerome, James and Alistair. Hired Dalton catering for my wife’s 50th after they did an outstanding event for my brother-in-law’s 40th. Couldn’t be happier. Have been getting compliments from guests all day. Wonderful food and totally professional staff who left our kitchen cleaner than they found it! Highly recommended.

We would like to pass on our appreciation and thanks to the Dalton Team for catering our Wedding over the Weekend.  Not one guest did not comment on the high quality of the food and service, with most stating it was the best they had ever experienced at a wedding.  Right from the minute the team arrived onsite, we knew we were in good hands and were able to simply relax and enjoy our day.  From the bar staff who went that extra mile taking mozzie spray around to our guest and then walking some 500m to find the wedding party who were having photos to offer them some. To the Chef that was more then happy to cook additional canapes for the Wedding party upon return from photos even while preparing mains in parallel.  To cleaning up at the end of the night, and taking all rubbish with them.  We could not recommend Dalton highly enough to any one who wants to add that special touch to their next event.

I recently had Daltons cater for my mums 70th Birthday party. Daltons did an amazing job. They were excellent with communication prior to the party and really made sure everything met our needs. On the night, they were amazing. The food and drinks were fantastic. I especially appreciated and am grateful for Lauren who was my contact point prior but also attended the event to ensure everything went smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Dalton team are fantastic and are able to create and execute exactly what you are after. If you want the perfect event where everything will run smoothly, this is the team to go with.  I started planning my birthday celebration with my father in February/ March and we both felt comfortable with Dalton. My dad passed in July and it was important to me that his final vision came to life.  From the very beginning they were professional and able to cater for multiple dietary issues for my party of 52.  The week before the event Lauren came to my house to finalise the menu and to plan the layout and run through of the night.  Lauren came to my house the day before the function to help set up the tables and chairs they had arranged to be delivered.  The plan was a grazing platter on arrival and then a sit down dinner with drinks.  The Charcuterie board was so incredible- beyond my wildest expectations. My guests have not stopped raving about how they tried so many new and delicious things. A few took photos for inspiration and enjoyed speaking to staff to get information about what they were enjoying. Lauren also put together plates of the left over cheeses, antipasto and pickled vegetables and left them in our fridge.  The sit down dinner had two mains chicken and lamb, with greens, potatoes and the most incredible sour dough with handmade butter.  My guests who were coeliac couldn’t believe their bread was gluten free- it was the best they had ever had.  The food was abundant, delicious and most of my guests asked for seconds or thirds.  The desserts were three delicious options: chocolate mousse cups, sticky date pudding and I believe an aperol jelly in orange skin.  The staff were kind enough to help cut and serve my birthday cake and put together a tea and coffee station.  They left our kitchen cleaner then they found it as well as washing our cups and plates.  I had multiple guests ask me the next day if there were any mains left over that they could take home.  All of the feedback from my guests was that this was the most professional and incredible function they had ever been too. They all asked about the details of the catering company and will be looking to work with them in the future.  The staff are so hard working and proud of what they create. They are professional, courteous and made everyone feel special.  If you are wanting a seamless and stress free event then use Dalton. They think of everything and are guaranteed to give you the perfect event.  I can not thank them enough for all they did for us. They helped enable my dad to be apart of the event. You are so incredible. I am so lucky and grateful that you guys worked with me.
