Today I rang the chemist in a panic we were travelling from Roma back to North Brisbane. My youngest child had woken with high temps and being a bank holiday no where was open. Dalby Chemist was open but was closing. I rang asking if they could help or had any idea of anywhere else that may be open. The gentleman on the phone said call me when you arrive in Dalby and I’ll open up for you!! We arrived 45minutes after it had closed and he was waiting! I was able to give Medicine to my son. We are very grateful thank you so much
Excellent non judgmental advice and support. Lovely chemist at reasonable prices and helps customers with complex needs. Definitely go to Mike, his wife and supportive staff for all your needs. He also ships any requested medication quickly. Personable and always remember last my name. Thumbs up
Today is Easter Sunday and I work at a local coal mine and I had run out of my medication with 2 days until I could buy some more.nI called Mike and he ACTUALLY said to me that he would open just for me after work at 6:00pmnHe met me there with his daughter and served me just as if it was a normal day.nI HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team for old school quality service.nThe whole mine site will know this Pharmacy tomorrow nThank you so much Mike
Dalby Chemist is my go to chemist in town! The location is convenient, pricing is good, and product range is great. If something is unavailable the staff order it in! Mike and the other pharmacists are very helpful! We have even used the after hours service when my daughter needed medication which is a godsend! The hours the pharmacy is open is convenient and the staff are friendly!
Most of the staff here are fabulous, some of the younger ones need a little bit more training but like all jobs that comes in time and in experience. Never had a long wait here and on the occasion that they are out of stock of what I’m looking for they always offer to order it in, within a reasonable timeframe too. Very handy being next to the doctors too.
