You want to know what heaven on earth tastes like? It’s a Dairy Bell banana split. You think you’ve had a good banana split before? Nope, not until you’ve had a Dairy Bell banana split. My recommendation is Macadamia, Nuts About Chocolate and Biscoff. Thank me later apologies if you’re lactose intolerant. Seriously, thank you dairy bell. That was something else!
One thing I always try and do every time I'm back in Australia is have a Dairy Bell ice-cream, regardless if it's summer or winter. The staff are always friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I'm always amazed with the amount of flavours on offer and it's always a passion trying to figure out which ones to have as they all sound so good. Really wish I could get an ice-cream cake delivered to the UK
Ice Cream here is delicious and serving sizes are good. The shop could do with a complete makeover though. Chairs and tables are wobbly and dirty. A decent paint job and some nicer comfortable chairs to enjoy your food would go a long way here.
Love this place. The whipped cream and chocolate fudge is a must. Very well priced too.
The girl who served us looked high and to say she didn't look very enthusiastic about serving us was an understatement. Husband ordered a banana split..$14.00 and about half the size they were last summer. To add insult to injury barely half of the flavours were available. Been loyal to Dairy Bell but now I think I'll try other icecreameries in the area.
If I could give a negative review I would, went in after hyping joint for so long. Only to be told that the sign saying $11 take home tub 3 flavours 1L meant sundae and not a take home tub. The staff and owner told us it was $24 per tub. No where in the store was this stated. When owner came in to “help” he was aggressive and came right in our face point his hands at us and told us to go spend $35 on a ice cream tub somewhere else and stop taking advantage of his prices. All we requested was honour his advertising.
Used to have fond memories of this place as a kid with the ice cream sundaes being so big you couldn’t even close the lid. Went there recently and ordered a sundae only to barely get a scoop with each flavour. Obviously under new management. Not worth the money and extremely disappointed, and I was served by the manager lol
This place is a pretty great The ice cream flavours are original and crazy and they sell ice cream sandwiches, choc tops, ice cream cake and tubs I recommend this place to people who want to try something new
The ice cream at the place is amazing and very tasty but the work place is horrible, they always seem very understaffed and the workers look scared and stressed, I don’t know what the management is like there but it doesn’t seem right, I work in hospitality and I can tell the place needs to change in order to help the staff and the place run smoother, I think something needs to change
Great ice cream parlour. Servings are huge and great customer service. I definitely will be back here to get my ice cream craving
