Story

Inspired by our passion for people and a desire to connect to something greater than ourselves, we launched Dachshund Coffee in 2014.

We set out to create more than a beautiful cafe. We wanted to create a layered hospitality experience where food & coffee, service & venue are blended seamlessly into a memorable experience. An experience we're continually redefining.

We're a community focused cafe where people come together to create 8: celebrate the provenance of fine food and coffee. An experience, centered on sharing wholesome, generous and responsibly sourced food.

People are at the core of our company and we're grateful for each member who contributes and joins us on our culinary journey. COME. SIT. STAY. is our maxim and we'd like to invite you to do just that. Goodboy.

Absolutely love this place! I never knew a toastie could taste so good! It wasn’t over buttered or greasy. We’ll be back. We visited over a very hot weekend and there is no air con in the corridor. Just a point to note.
Such a lovely experience at Dachshund Coffee today. Food was delicious. Coffee was great. There was a little hitch with the app ordering but the staff were quick to assist and sort it out. Great vibe inside. Will definitely visit again! Thanks so much!

Came here for my birthday breakfast and it was lovely. The coffee was great and the food was good and our dog got to snack on tasty treats. We’re glad we booked because there was a long line by the time we left!
