Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful over the phone. I ordered the wrong size skates which could have been avoided if I’d called first. They were very helpful with the returns process and getting another pair. They shipped immediately. Would highly recommend going through a company that answers the phone like these guys than risking it with other online organisations.
