Such an incredible restaurant! Not one thing I can fault it on. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, with generous serving sizes. We're not from Tasmania, but when we come back next, this restaurant will be at the top of our list!
Had a wonder dinner at Da Angelo Ristorante ! The food was absolutely delicious in always possible! The portions where perfect and the taste was incredible! The staff where also extremely friendly and welcoming! It also we incredibly reasonably priced considering the amount of food we had! Overall it was an excellent experience and can highly recommend trying! It’s a 5 out 5 stars from me :
Very friendly environment, both the owner and the waitresses staff. We ordered a pizza sweet chilly chicken and the scallopine veal main with tomato sauce. Pizza had delicious crunchy crust & veal very tender. Tomato sauce has some room for improvement but tasted good, friends who tried this with the creme option said it tasted amazing. Would definitely go there again when in Hobart
Quality Italian restaurant in battery point. Pizza and pasta are used with fresh ingredients, good portion sizes. Take out they have a system when you order to select a time, was ready at the time specified. Eating in bookings recommended on Thursday - Saturday. Staff friendly and approachable, made sure all needs were catered for. Selection of wines from around Tasmania and interstate.
You absolutely need to book to get in here... but it's so completely worthwhile. It is pretty much the best Italian restaurant in Hobart. The service is amazing and the food is incredible, you can't go wrong.Food: 5/5
Highly recommended. Food was on point We had two pizzas to share. It didn't disappoint. Mains were Nicolina's special with succulent prawns in a tasty Napoliteana sauce, gnocchi in a pesto sauce, Fettuccine with De Casa sauce and Fettuccine in carbonara sauce. Service was excellent and highly attentive. Our waitress was super friendly and warm. We felt like old friends. A wonderful first meal on our first day in Hobart. Would love to return.

Da Angelo was everything the raving reviews on all rating websites lived out to be. Fantastic hospitality, lively atmosphere but not too loud where you can't hear each other, and obviously the food was just brilliant. Kicking myself for not having the stomach space for dessert, if I ever visit Hobart again I will without hesitation visit again. Thank you guys!
The gnocchi was TO DIE FOR. it's made by the owners family member and it's sooo pillowy soft and silky. Never had gnocchi this good. Highly recommend this placeFood: 5/5
