First experience here getting my eyebrows waxed by a lovely lady who took her time and we had a good chat. Was very happy with the end result and service. Second time round, went in and the lady at the front desk didn't even greet me. Asked for eyebrow, lip and chin waxing, went in and came out 3 mins later. Obviously she was in a rush to do another customer's hair who was waiting just before me. Absolutely and disappointed with everything and will never come back and waste $45 which was the most expensive price I've paid to have this done, please go elsewhere it's much cheaper! Seriously, if you're in a rush just say no, better than having unhappy customers.Services: Eyebrow threading
Took today’s appointment for my 19 year old son,he is very particular &had long hairs ,wanted to use good service from the stylist but the hair stylist,I am forgetting her name but it starts with “N” I think ,was rude since we entered the shop,I left to run some errands & when came back to pick my son he was almost teary & holding himself,I was shocked to see the hair cut she did even after he showed the picture of the cut he had once,the hair cut is so terrible that I couldn’t believe my eyes that how come a professional cut hair like this,it look like that she just used the axe to snap the hair from behind,uneven ,a child can cut better hair than this,when I called & asked about the hair cut she was very disrespectful & hung the phone without listening the whole thing,she really have an attitude problem,won’t be using their services againService: Hairstyling
Would give zero star if I could. Very inpatient and lack of skills. Really a waste of money coming into this place.
I have been going here for a number of years. I change my hair colour nearly every 5 weeks and Courtney at this salon does it for me every time. I always find her fantastic and very professional. She goes out of her way to get my hair perfect each and every time. The other girls are also amazing and everyone is always so friendly. Would highly recommend!!!
Amazing hair dressers, wonderful experience and a lovely shop. Very friendly and homely experience. Also love my hair whenever I get it done, cut and colour is always amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here if you want a wonderful colour, cut and experience. Also got my year 12 formal make up and hair done here. Very good make up, absolutely loved it and my hair was amazing.
