Poor customer service from owner. Had set an appointment to discuss our company's needs with the owner and he wasn't even there. When the staff called him he was playing golf or something and didn't want to even return to the office. No apology, no follow up call, no professionalism. Guess he didn't want our business.

Website indicates they do residential work however I was advised over the phone they no longer do residential work for new customers.
