It was Valentine's Day!nSo we went there for a quick drink and eat before we went to the movie. Which is right next door, very convenient.nWe had iced coffees and shared plate of Taco's and Chips. It was nice. However room to improve: no napkins, no Pepper and Salt, and I only seen the condiments on the way out. Not that I needed them. However they should be more visible,had we wanted them. I found the Pepper and Salt/Napkins, at a different location in the restaurant. With a little bit more effort! That place would be great.
We just had coffee and cake which was good, and friendly service. But even though the building had ambience the place looked neglected and messy.
We booked the community room for a meeting. Was great. Cords easy to plug straight into the large screen for presentations.nFood was great. Came quickly and without a fuss.nThank you Dome Belmont your room and staff service were really appreciated
Just had lunch at the Dome in Belmont. Something my mum and I do regularly. Normally the food and service is good. Not today. It took 25 minutes to even have coffees put on the table. After asking a waiter twice where our food was eventually it came more than 30 minutes after placing the order. Unfortunately the soft fried eggs were hard the chips were almost cold and no salt. I think we will look for a new lunch place. Total spend was $66 which we spend here most weeks. They were not as busy as they normally are. Wasn't good really or I wouldn't post this.
Terrible service, the tables were dirty. I was trying to do some work and someone started sweeping right under my table and didn't stop, but wouldn't wipe the table?nnThe food was expensive for what it was, the sandwich was tiny with a large amount of crisps to fill the plate to make it seem bigger.nAll the avocado was brown - how?!nI would not recommend nor come back.
