I don't know why they don't have higher ratings as my husband and I've been to this Dome for years, and the services and food have always been consistent.nnWe often go there for breakfast and lunch, sometimes I wish they were open for dinner too hehe.nnOh! Only Dome can make my Hazelnut latte right and the staff are very friendly.
Overall a nice and more quiet dome. Size is good with indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of larger tables for bigger groups we were a group of 5. Food was cooked well and wait time wasn't to bad. We did have to confirm a drink and meal were correct for dietary requirements and the server wasn't sure but easily fixed. Tables tidy and cleaned, music more modern and not to loud. Indoor appearance clean and tidy not to old or uncared for. Recommend.
I would like to congratulate all the staff that worked yesterday Father's Day - What a busy day! I heard a few customers complaining and yes there was a wait - but it was a busy day and you just need to understand that they were working full out and trying to keep up with it all - you chose to go for breakfast on a busy day - patience was needed. We were served by Jayden and I want to say what great service! He never appeared stressed and was so pleasant and extremely helpful. the other lady on the register taking orders too was Melissa and I just want to again congratulate them both on their wonderful attitudes when faced with so many people and not all of them happy.
Came to Dôme Gosnells and ordered 2 milk shakes both of them came half full. After raising our concern with a lovely worker she corrected the issue. Thank you to that lovely lady.
Extensive, reliable menu, something for everyone. Good environment. Lots of seating options, indoor and out dog friendly. Tables are all nicely spaced out. Easy access. Plenty of parking. One of the better Dome cafes. No credit card surcharge.
