In 2010 I was unfairly dismissed from a high profile role. At that time, my visa to live in Australia was linked to my job. Losing my job meant losing my right to live in Australia and subsequently deal with the unfair dismissal. 

I was financially challenged at the time and had no contacts in Australia to support me. Immigration were contacting me every other week to ask me to confirm my departure dates. I desperately reached out to the community for support and thankfully Jack Cyngler responded to my request. Jack conveyed understanding and compassion for my situation. He offered his support in dealing with the unfair dismissal and in parallel I frantically searched for a company that would hire me and provide a new visa so I could stay in the country and address the situation.

3 months later I eventually obtained another 4 year visa and with Jacks support, ensuring to keep costs to a minimum, I powerfully addressed the unfair dismissal. 

Today I write this testimonial as recently I attained my Australian citizenship and my dream job. None of this would have been possible without the support of Cyngler Kaye Levy Lawyers.

CKL handled two property sales for me; in both cases the settlement adjustments were done incorrectly and I was later out of pocket. I wouldn't recommend using them.

Have been with Cyngler Kaye Levy for over 15 years, and am very happy with their service
 and advice.  They are ethical, responsive and have helped us with all our legal requirements,which have been varied  - some simple, some quite complicated. I usually come away from meetings with them feeling that any issues we have had are being dealt with in a very competent manner.
