I Soo love my new kitchen. I read reviews about George and they were all true. My husband wanted to take shortcuts but George was listening to what I wwanted, Thank you. I have the kitchen I adore.. I am making my neighbours Jealous with my lit up Pantry, so great. THANKYOU GEORGE AND kAREN

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't stand by their products and don't keep their word. Dropped off their cabinets for repair. Told me they would look at it the next day. After waiting 5 days, they said they haven't had time to look at repairs. Then proceeded to bag the client saying they have to send it away. Aparantly this is what looking at a job means... They have to send to another Manufacturer to do. After asking for parts so I could put it together, said she doesn't have parts. Don't waste your time. Apparently they have no time for you.

I had a small piece of mdf that needed cutting to size Cymbal did it for me as soon as they could and believe it or not they put a new piano hinge on for me no charge , if you want a kitchen buy it from Cymbal , Great service & great attitude , very very professional. thank you so much.

I cannot praise Cymbal Kitchens enough. George is a master designer and put together a beautiful functional kitchen plan. We went for the self-install, flatpack option, and I was a bit skeptical when he said that every hole would be precision-drilled and exactly in the right place. Well, the kitchen fitted perfectly! Every piece was labelled with clear directions, and after my husband got the hang of assembling the first cabinet, he flew through the rest. Family helped over a weekend with the installation and were impressed with the quality of materials used. Very competitive with the quotes we got from Ikea and Bunnings, with the added advantage of having everything fitting perfectly, and excellent after-sales support. Thank you George, Trent and Karen!

So glad to have found George & Cymbal Kitchens and Joinery! 

George was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his advice. His attention to detail is impeccable and he genuinely cares about delivering a high quality outcome.

He is very gentle - so you never feel pushed - but my recommendation, especially if you're new to renovating, is to listen to his advice and choose to work with the people he works with (eg, trades like plumbing) because it will give you a better result. He has so many years of experience. 

George provided design insights and advice which yielded excellent results, his advice on colours and finishes was extremely helpful, and I ended up opting to go with a stone benchtop over laminate and am so glad I did. 

The finisesh to the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry were flawless. No gaps, everything closing perfectly, meeting neatly where it should, straight and true. The installer, Trent, was also excellent. 

I strongly encourage you to go with George's tradespeople, it will save you trouble - I made the unfortunate decision to go with a plumber my neighbour recommended and I would NEVER use him again and never recommend him to anyone. 
If you are considering stone, my recommendation is also to go with George's supplier, Regency. Their workmanship was also excellent. 
I've had five different people comment on the excellent finish and quality of George's kitchen - the painter, tiler, builder and two property managers, all with a lot of years in their respective areas.

Doing business with George and Karen was an absolute pleasure, communication was fantastic, all work was done on time, and beautifully, with genuine care and attention to detail. George is a master of his craft. I can't recommend Cymbal highly enough, and for the next one, I won't bother getting quotes, I'll go straight back to George.
