Cyclo’s pho has always been a mustn-have on my Hobart food listnI make sure to squeeze in a visit every time I’m in town.nI usually go to their Elizabeth Street spot,nbut this time I stumbled across the Moonah branch by chance and what a surprise! It’s got a sleeker, more upscale vibe compared to the one in the city.nnIt wasn’t as packed as the Elizabeth St location, but the flavour?nJust as spot on. Classic, comforting, and absolutely delicious.nnOne thing that really stood out for me: they’ve got customer toilets herenwin! The Elizabeth St branch doesn’t have one, so you’d have to dash next door to Hungry Jack’s, which isn’t ideal. At Moonah, not only do they have proper restrooms, but the whole place is well decked out with great facilities. Major bonus points for that!nnStaff were super friendly toonall in all, a great experience.
The food at this Vietnamese restaurant is generally very good. The crispy pork rice is a standout dish, surprisingly flavorful with perfectly cooked pork. The special pho features a variety of beef cuts, and while the broth is rich and satisfying, the texture of the pho itself could be smoother. The special rice is also well-prepared and delicious. Overall, a great spot for a Vietnamese meal!

After a few weeks of traveling away from Asia, you will not believe the amount of satisfaction this place brings. Amazing broth, all the authentic sauces, 100% recommended.
Went here for lunch the banh mi was delicious, really enjoyed that.nnThe pho rice noodle soup was a bit disappointing though; the noodles were overcooked and fell apart quite easily, almost dissolving. The broth also didn’t have the best flavour profile compared to others I’ve had.nnOverall, mixed experience great banh mi, but I wouldn’t order the pho again.
