I have bought my 6 bikes over the past 20 years from Northside. Peter, Nathan, Kurt and the team provide excellent service, great advice and are always there to support you. I thoroughly recommend them.
I went into the shop to literally have just one bolt tightened so I could keep working with deliveries and I got told they don’t service bicycle like the one that I have. I kindly told them it was just a bolt to be quickly tightened on the steer, still got told “we don’t touch those ones”. What is wrong with people?
Nope Took my old school mountain bike in for a puncture repair as I was riding past. They didn’t tighten the wheel up again. Back wheel fell off!!! Rookie error. Expected a lot more

Extremely helpful eccentric as we were only seeking advice.
Use to be regular, but finding the attitude not quite the same. Shane, I really liked the guys there and felt they Syd good work. They might still do good work but I don’t trust it too much. Had my bike serviced and still had issues. But by far the biggest detractor is the attitude of some team members.
