Having ordered a computer and chosen a same day (3 hour) delivery, cworld sent an email requesting: - My credit card details (AGAIN) - A copy of my drivers license When asked about this absurd procedure they insist that it was to protect our credit cards. BUT, they instead still go ahead and charge your card!! So clearly, they are protecting their shipment.. Now, how is one supposed to know that they need to check their email (within the 3 hours) and fill out and scan a form and drivers license? The place is absurd, and English is not the official language...

After placing my order online and paying for it I received an email advising the price had gone up and i would need to pay $160 for my order to be completed. After various attempts to be reimbursed for my funds transfer it has now been a week and a half and contacting both the ACCC & Consumer Affairs Victoria i am still waiting on my refund.

Purchased Ricoh SP213Nw from CWorld about 2pm and it was delivered in Melbourne metro about 4:30pm that day. Well done! Had a bit of a problem with set up but CWorld staff helpful and Ricoh website had plenty of info. Great print quality. Will deal again with CWorld. Thanks.

Bought Laser Printer on Ebay at 22:23 on 23/12. Paid the $49 via bank transfer, sent bank receipt to Cworld. Dispatched in the morning 24/12, arrived midday same day Christmas Eve. Installed printer all working. Then promised a $20 rebate after an honest review which I am now doing. Thats $29 for a Laser B/W Printer with same day free delivery included. I ask you how can it possibly ever get better than that? Kudos to them. Excellent Communications throughout. Have no hesitations in buying from them. I look forward in my next purchase with them.

Bough a Ricoh SP213Nw printer, which is delivered lest than 24 hours, super fast delivery! The printer is easy to set up and works as expect. Pretty happy experience.
