Went to cuts n colours for first time. I dusnr have an appointment, sat down. The stylist, Sue, listened to my requests of what I wanted done. Mainly reshape the back.
 Sue did exactly what I wanted...however, I thought the price was bit much, as my hair was sprayed wet & only the back was cut & blowaved. $40..fine if was full shampoo cut & blowave. But, I am very pleased with the result. Thanks to lovely, Sue .

Booked in looking for an exciting new change to my hair, i was kindly taken care of by the manger Denise. She was very understanding of my wants and needs whilst also giving me her own professional recommendations. Left the salon extremely happy with the outcome, highly recommend checking this place out :)

Very poor service.
I can't pin it down of why (discrimination? having a bad day?) - I walked in to get my hair cut, understanding the staff was cutting someone's hair I sat whilst trying to grab her attention. She looked at me with her blank expression and looked the other way. Well, I thought, I will wait. So this man walked in, she stopped what she was doing and she came to greet him and assigned him a chair as she walked pass me. She then went back to what she was doing as I was invisible to her. 
So I thought, I am not going to spend my money or time in here, clearly she was weird? Why should I trust her even touching my hair? Then I left.
Thankfully I found this amazing salon with amazingly wonderful people and great quality work - worth every cents and second, I even gave the girl a tip! I was that happy. :)
If you are a client: Please consider Addicted To Hair, they are in the same mall, you don't want to go to Cuts & Colour - I don't think they worth your money and time. I have had bad experience in the other branch too. Unless you don't care about how they treat you and don't think you deserve better, then this place is for you. 
If you are the owner of this business: I hope you will increase your staff training or pick the right staff? This girl was definitely making you lose businesses and I don't think she cares? She has a dyed hair blond to almost silver. I wish I would've picked her name.

arrived early just after opening. the staff knew i was there for a trim. staff didnt do my hair waited 40 minutes while others were taken in ahead of me. politely asked if i would be seen soon or is there a betterr time for me to come in. more waiting. then a hairdresser sat me down. didnt dampen my hair or section it at all. pulled it downwards and chopped off way more than id asked. then charged heaps. for a two minute snip if that!  disgusting. would never recommend this place to anyone

Came in for a cut and colour, all staff members were friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable. Left with a great result and great value for money. Will be back again.
