At Custom Homes we design and build to ensure every home receives the individual attention required to match your ideas, needs and budget, all to the highest of quality standards.

We can design your home for you from scratch, or modify an existing set of plans that you already have. We are more than happy to meet you to discuss your options on site or at your place, whenever it suits you.

Greg McLeod is the owner of the business, you will only deal with him from concept to completion, eliminating any potential miscommunication between yourself and the tradesmen. Greg has established great relationships with sub contractors and suppliers, all of which he has selected due to their expertise and high quality.

Custom Homes offers fixed price contracts, so there will be no hidden costs. The contract outlines what is included and throughout the entire build you are able to log into our online computer management system which allows you to keep up to date during the entire construction process of your new home.
