Mr Bonetti came and collected a duvet that I had cleaned elsewhere and it had come back with stains on it. But it was delivered back by him and it had all the stains gone. Such a nice helpful man, they was no way I could have got it to the shop. So thank you for picking it up and delivering it back to me in perfect condition .
