I got SNS with tips. The lady who did my nails didn’t even make sure my nails were the same length. The finished product look rushed and messy, my nails were fat, wide and lumpy. The shape was not done correctly and the nail filing was so rough I had to pull away and my fingers ended up bleeding with cuts down the sides on my nail bed. Terrible serviceService:&nbsp;Manicure

My fist and last visit to this Cusi. I made an appointment for 10am for spa Manicure and pedicure with Shellac and after a waiting time of 45 minutes I got a very bad service and the results are in the photos attached. Ladies greet me when I arrive and started to do my nails 10:45. When she did my finger nails she wet my hands in cold water for less than a minute and started to remove the skin around my nails leaving my fingers with cracks. I can’t believe I let her do my nails like that! They rush it and  also was switching between customer and even doing that she finished in les than 45 minutes. When I saw the results I asked her if my fingers were suppose to be like that and she started to remove more skin and I asked her to stop. She stand and left me in the chair and when to do feet to another client. After a few minutes I asked her if she finished and said yes so I left. *bad service. *place dirty.

so rude, snap at you when you ask simple questions, are very rough when doing your nails, and overall make you feel uncomfortable in the salon. My friends have also said the same thing- as soon as they started doing my nails I wanted to leave. My nails also looked horrible in the end but I didn't want to say anything as they had already been rude and had seemed angry the whole time so I didn't want a fight- will just never be going back.

best nail salon ive ever been to! they did such a great job, took a lot of care and were very sweet. Everyone there was so nice and it was extremely busy but only about 5 minute waiting time. Very very good prices aswell. And one of the workers has a really cute child

Got my nails done 2 weeks ago. Super happy with it - Looks still Good The staff is rude but for me it’s more important that my nails look good and it’s not expensive! Definitely recommend to go there if you don’t care how the people talk to you there!

Wow. When you’ve lived in Asia and had the mani pedi there you can only find the service in Cosi very mediocre. Understaffed, they expedite the task and offer little “ads on” like proper massage or scaling. Hygiene is limit. Job done, that’s it. Wouldn’t come back

Very bad hair salon. The owner seems nice however the employees are making fun of their client talking in "Vietnamese". I am mix Vietnamese/European but you cannot really tell so the staff there didn't know that I could understand the language" and I went there to have my mani-pedi and sat there waiting for somebody available to take care of me. While waiting, I politely asked if their cutting tools were disinfected between each client and they said "Yes, of course"… Then, I heard one of the ladies calling me a bird name "xx###@@$$" and saying that I was a Queen B. Word because I questioned them about the hygiene. Well, I stood up, explained myself that I am leaving because I don't accept to be insulted. My advice: maybe cheap place to have the nails done but if you go, make sure to put your iPod on your ears because the talking is probably about the way you look or how bad you are smelling to them.

Very poor work. Acetone dripping all over my hands. Rough filing and nails odd shape. Polish wouldn’t set even after half an hour. Had to walk out in bare feet. Took it all off when I got home as it had been ruined. Waste of money I m afraid.
