I have never been so shocked by the service of a place before. I was walking into the cafe with no acknowledgement from the staff with headphones on and when I asked if they were open I just got a nod. Just as he takes my order he shouts "none of the f**ing pens around here work and smashes the pen onto the floor. The staff member in the kitchen was scratching her chest and armpits under her top consistently  (questioning the hygiene of the place). I left. I called today to speak with the owner who instead of listening to me angrily says you do realise you have called a cafe at lunchtime and hangs up on me in the middle of my reply. It was the most appalling and intimidating experience.

Good service, clean, and the coffee was good but not great. No highchair though!
