Negin saved my nails after I had an awful Gel X set applied and experience from a salon I normally go to. She was so kind and professional and took such good care in asking what I wanted and showing me where the other nail tech had gone wrong, and what she would do differently. She’s also just so sweet and lovely to talk to as well. Her home salon set up is clean and beautiful, I felt very taken care of and despite the 40 minute drive from my house, I intend to become a regular customer with Crystal Claws. Will be recommending her to everyone who asks where I got my nails done!
Negin is my favourite Nail tech. She is so talented and cares so much about her work. I have never been to a salon that cares about hygiene as much as Negin does. Everything is so beautiful and I could not recommend her more
Negin is one in a million!! Friendly, inviting, talented, excellent attention to detail and artistic. I happily make the 2 hour round trip - 100% worth it. Whether it’s something classic or something new l always walk away happy.
I just want to start off by saying I never complain and have never left a bad review anywhere before but I am so shocked by the treatment I received I felt I had too.nI have been going here for over 6 months and re booked my next app 5 weeks in advance when she asked if I’d like to book in for Jan at the end of my last app. Today I received a text message saying that she needs to reschedule my app to a later date because she’s decided to take time off I normally wouldn’t care at all but I booked this app because I have my cousins wedding a couple days after and the only days she could offer me were after the wedding, I asked if I could do it the week before my original app date to which she replied that she is fully booked but I can go on a cancellation list but she doesn’t know if anyone will cancel.. I replied that I was very disappointed to which she basically said too bad I have canceled the app have a good day I was shocked at how rude she was and that a business would treat there customers this way, to cancel on a customer less then 2 weeks before there appointment and not try and work something out is very disappointing especially because most places that offer builder gel book out weeks if not months in advance so it will be impossible for me to find somewhere else to do them with such short time I also said this to her but she did not care she actually just left my last message on read and didn’t have the decency to reply. If your going to decide to take time off less then 2 weeks before people’s appointments you should probably be more considerate and make sure you have some spare availabilities to put the people you are canceling on especially if they are booked for a event coming up what if this was for my own wedding and she just cancelled on me and did not care?nIt really is a shame because my nails always looked nice and I would get compliments on them I would even give everyone her Instagram handle so she could get potential new customers now i wish I never did considering how she treats her customers, I also work in the beauty industry and would never do this to a customer, It’s not even the fact it had to be rescheduled I totally get things come up but it was the way she handled it and did not care to try and sort something out. I also realised she blocked me on Instagram which I find quite funny clearly she knows she’s done something wrong to go to the lengths of blocking her customer how petty to cancel on someone and then block them.. very weird behaviour. Everyone I have spoke to about this situation has agreed she simply did not care at all. I would never recommend going here to anyone and would give 0 stars if I could!
I have been searching for a good nail tech for a long and I’m soo happy I found Crystal Claws. Not only did I walk out feeling extremely happy with the time and care that was taken but Negin is such a beautiful person. My nails have never looked better and I will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!!
