Needed a steam clean but it was broken so agreed shampoo clean in back of car plus int and ext  clean for $150.  Not happy with the shampoo clean and int clean. All areas not wiped down and vacuum job not good enough. Disappointing.

Charged $10 on top of the listed price of $22 to wash my wheels signage does not indicate that wheels will not be included and when I got home I noticed my wheels weren't clean anyway. Appauled by this place. The machine tore off a plastic piece of my car which I walked in and retrieved after the wash. I told the staff what had happened and there was no regard or care. I was told "it was going to happen anyway". I was then offered a full interior clean as compensation and when I got the car back it looked like no one had even attempted to clean anything... If you value your car, do not take it here.

I have been using this car wash for 4 years. They have always done a great wash but now they are only using the drive through car wash instead of hand washing anymore. The interior clean is still great but my car has been scratched twice since this permanent change and they are still charging the same as the hand wash so I am stopping going there.

Good cleaning service in Northbridge area. They have many different finishes depending on your budget but even the cheapest one delivers good finishings.  I don't like that they are always trying to upsell to more expensive washes and I feel like bargaining in a Tunisian bazaar but otherwise is okay. My recommendation is to have a clear idea if what you need in advance and stick to it.  The place opens really early in the morning and I would recommend you to wash your car before 8³⁰ when it starts to be crowded and long queues form in the street.

I was at this car wash just a few months ago and got a wash and vacuum for $49.00. I drove in today and was told it's $100 for the same service. I asked why it had doubled in less than six months. I said, "no thanks". He then said, "ok, we'll do it for $50". He almost bullied me into saying yes, but I practically shut the door on him with a firm NO THANKS. This car wash has really gone down hill. I went to my local car wash and paid half the price.Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Awful job. Had to point out everything they missed a lot, and watch them while they did it. Even then, they missed a ton. Left black speckles all over the bodywork from a dirty rag, blasted water into the boot, and of course tried to rip me off.  Don’t go here. I’ll spend about as much effort myself fixing what they missed.

Don't bother - better to do it yourself which you will end up doing. As bad as an Indian call centre scam. Had to return next day and still not clean. Slack jawed, pushy, lazy and entitled staff with no work ethic. Got a wash ... dirt left around number plate. Returned the next day for a second wash and vacuum. Dirt left everywhere after vacuum inc. center console, floor and boot. Took it back a THIRD time for them to redo it properly. Got another lazy attempt - I watched them and he spent about 5 seconds not joking on the boot and it was still filthy. Honestly don't know why the owner doesn't pull these yobbs into line.
