Nice facility, coffee included while you wait and not bad even by Melbourne standards, however I was a little disappointed by the interior clean. I paid $55 to have the inside and outside cleaned, even paid the extra $10 for a more thorough clean of the inside. I won’t lie, my car was overdue for a clean. I have a Kelpie and his hair was on the back seat… that’s why I pay to get my car cleaned though! They did a good job on the outside but, as you can see bu the photos, quite a lot of dog hair left on the seats. The hard surfaces have been cleaned relatively well though. Friendly service also! I’d say not a bad experience but just don’t expect a really thorough clean for $55.
Unacceptable car wash ever !!!!!! DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. Let's picture describe how worst it is. I chose inside-out package which is cost me 57$ but the result is more worst than drive through 19$. Don't call yourself a car wash service. You deserved -minus star not even 1 star!!!!!!
What a joke?! I paid $100 for a premium service. The rims were still dirty, the bottom of the doors still had dirt on them, the interior still had stains. I’m very meticulous about my car. DO NOT go here. The car looked like it had come out of the mobile washed for $20. These guys are rip off merchants and I’m surprised they are still operating. Never again!!!!
Literally the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t consider myself super fussy but I expect to feel like my car has at least been vacuumed and wiped after paying for an interior clean. These photos are after asking them to re do the interior twice!! I feel like I’ve completely wasted my money.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
I would not recommend anyone nor my worst enemy to spend a dollar here, the WORST car wash in Melbourne that I have been to! Nothing inside our car was cleaned and we paid 99 dollars. Even the external part was not properly cleaned! They were not helpful when it comes to which plans to choose for cleaning the car , they only recommend the most expensive one which was 199 dollars! We are happy now that we didn't fall for their tricks! I want to save anyone that is planning to go there ...use your well earned money somewhere more that will do their job! THESE GUYS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! By an angry customer!
I'll never be back to this place. I forked out $149 for a detailed clean inside and out but ended up with a $12 car wash that I can get from a DIY machine. There was no polish as promised as my car had sap, dirt and water marks all over my vehicle. When I asked why my car was not polished and was so dirty the staff blamed it on their machine and the stubbornness of the tress sap. My car had not been cleaned right through lockdown hence why I spent more money than usual to ensure I get a good clean. Telling me that this is standard of what I get for the money I spent is not good enough. Their customer service is disgusting and disgraceful. They even tried to upsell me a membership and a $350 detail. No bloody way I'm ever going back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND VEHICLE.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Came into the wash with two tail lights, came out with 1 broken tail light. Manager showed me CCTV and proved that it was intake upon arrival but refuses to refund me $100. He also refused to give me any contact details other than his own and then lied about his name, said it was Terry Sing when the receptionist then told me it was Garry. The worst thing is they didn’t even inform me, I found out 5 minutes down the road after leaving as they left the broken tail light plastic in the driver side door. Disgusting.
Appalling customer service!! My car was hit from behind while in this car wash! Drinking my coffee looked up and thought that car behind looked close… Went to window and realized car behind had pushed into mine. Took photo below. Went out to drying area as it came out to check damage… attendant and supervisor just brushed it off as if no big issue. Told it is a sensor system and wouldn’t happen - until I showed photo. No apology - just excuses! Luckily no damage but also lucky for them it was just our Subaru and not some flash car…
I always take my car here for a convenient, regular clean and go for membership especially during summer months when we take more road-trips. Crystal car wash cafe is a destination for the whole family and helps keep the family SUV looking like a business car. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If they missed a spot, just ask and they will make sure you are happy with the service every visit.Services: Polishing
On arrival I was told the new price for the base exterior wash and interior clean had risen from $55 to $65. In the past this level was quite satisfactory. When they had finished I was not happy and asked one of the detailers to go over the interior dash and remove the coffee spills on the dash. On getting home I am still not impressed and offer the attached photos. I will be looking to use a different business in the future.
