Paid $99 for a below average clean. Prices are more than advertised $10 surcharge for an SUV not advertised. The guy convinced me to pay for the upgraded hand wash and clean and promised it would be spotless. Had to tell the guy multiple times to clean spots he had missed sand in the boot, upholstery dripping in water, stains on the dash. Still dirt and dust all over the car. Photo shows a spot I asked to be re cleaned - I even pointed to the stain. In the end I just rubbed it off myself. In short, if you want to give $100 to some bloke to quickly drag a damp cloth begrudgingly around your car - go here!
Absolute worst experience ever. The roof of my car was filthy when they gave it back to me. When I pointed it out they said the $69 "superior" clean does not involve them touching the roof. They said whatever the auto wash machine does not get they will not clean by hand. They refused to use water and soap to clean the roof so I had to go home and clean it myself. It came off very easily in one minute. This photo is how they handed it over to me at the end of the clean. Unbelievable. I would give them zero stars but to post a review needs a minimum of one star.Services: Polishing
Took my car here a couple of weeks ago for a full job and have to say I was rather impressed with the results. My relatively small Volkswagon Golf came out spotless on the inside and out. The tires were all shined and the machine polish got rid of the scratches in my car's coat. The team there are always very friendly and their complimentary coffee is always a great touch.Services: Clay bar treatment

Terrible car wash quality. Never had such a bad result in a car wash. A 10 years old kid would do better. Just don’t waste your money and time. I paid $80 for what was supposed to be an inside and outside car wash with vacuum cleaning, internal cleaning with cloth, outside cleaning with pressure hose, sponge cleaning with soap, drying, etc… Result: internal: car full of beach send next to the front the seats, in the middle of the seats and back seat, inside the doors rubber rails, inside the boot. The boot was super wet and a lot of my stuff was full of water which came from the outside when they were probably using the pressure hose. They didn’t care to open the boot to vacum it and then if they had done it they would have realised that it was full of water. After the cleaning they returned my car full of spider webs on each and every roof rack side. Unbelievable! They were the before and after the allegedly “cleaning”. I could mention more and more things but the thing is: I’m never going back to this place
AMAZING JOB!! My car was unrecognisable when I went to collect it! I literally walked past it! I was very well looked after by Mandip who assured me he would do a great job on the car…… and he and his team did. I can highly recommend this car cleaning garage. I think it’s best to go when it’s not too busy ….. there’s a good cafe there so you can wait there or go for a walk and swim to the beach!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I have been coming to this place for years. However in that time both service and quality have gone down. As mentioned in other reviews the attention to detail is poor, they miss things and rather than doing it properly they find the easier workaround. Looks like Ill be going to another car wash.
Tried to have my car washed and they refused - said they can only wash clean cars in their car wash and as my roof was a little dirtier than usual it would be not $50 but $99 - this is for a VW golf. Great place to have you car washed - if it’s already clean. Enjoy! Have previously taken cars through and even when they are clean - the job is spotty. Room for improvement.
