Extremely poor quality cleaning. They ask you to pay extra for cleaning wheels. Attached the photo of my « cleaned » wheel the 3 others are same. Very poor customer service. They are so many better options with better value in the eastern suburbs … will never go again.
*DAMAGED CAR* The exterior clean was shoddy at best and they obviously missed key areas inside the car. When I collected my car, they has parked the car on the street and I found fresh bird droppings on my car, undermining the whole clean. To top it off, the cleaners were so rough that they broke one of my window toggles that I needed to replace in order for the window to function again. No responses from online enquiries for over three months and when confronted would not refund for damages. Would not use again.
Shout out to Crystal car wash who wash my car weekly. I think the monthly package is great value for money. The finisher Alex treats my car as though it's his own and always has a smile on his face. Keep up the good work Alex! Much appreciated!
For a $100 wash I was expecting to have my car clean, the boot wasn’t vacuumed, roof looked like wasn’t washed at all, the front frill was dirty as well as behind all door handles, very poor service, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Services: Auto detailing
Waste of money. Bird poo and cobwebs still on the car after paying $35 to get it washed. At the start I was asked if I'd like wheels done as an added $10 extra. I said yes but this didn't happen. Afterward, I asked a staff member about this. He 'sorted it' by very lightly wiping each wheel, once. Definitely not worth the money and won't be back.
I paid $300 for car detailing and it was worse than a $50 wash. Dust/grime left on really obvious places that I could easily wipe off with a tissue after. A mass of webs left on the roof rack. The clean inside was rushed and obvious areas they should’ve cleaned weren’t touched. Extremely disappointed and considering further actionService: Auto detailing
I hate to write bad reviews but the customer services got so much on my nerves, so here it is. We wanted to get a clean for inside and outside and the 'lovely very polite' manager told us it would be 400 dollars. We were a bit surprised and explained we don't want to have a deep clean. He told us we can instead pay 90 dollars every month for the next 12 months. Sounds lovely and exactly what we were looking for. So we explained to him again we just want to have a simple car wash and don't want to pay 400 dollars. To this time I felt like I was at a bizar and the seller was trying to haggle the price to his liking. He then asked my partner, how much money do you have . Sounds legit. My partner explained him what we normally pay for in randwick for this service $100 and 5 min up the road from coogee . He was so charming that he told us if that would be true, he would buy us a new car. So all I have to say is, please go to randwick and get your car washed and don't go to these rude people
I will pay myself the $99 next time I clean my car. There were parts of the car that were untouched and just as grubby as when I drove in. Windscreen and roof still had bird poo on. Couldn’t even have a coffee as the machine wasn’t working. Not even any toilet roll or hand wash in the bathroom. Save your money.Services: Auto detailing
I came to the carwash on Sunday 18th September. I got an interior and exterior clean, and to my surprise the results were impeccable. While my car was being washed the respect the workers shown was amazing. On top of this, I mistakingly left a $20 note in the car when a worker named Kieran came and returned it to me. I am super thankful for this action and will be returning again.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
