Felt a bit iffy to order from crust as it’s a franchise, but turned out one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. Super tasty, even has a extra cardboard. Staff were also really nice and polite will be ordering again
The quality of the pizza had gone downhill. It’s so dry and the meat toppings ham and chicken breast are slightly off. Never get the extra mozzarella topping I paid for. Pizza was ordered at 5pm and delivered within 35mins. It come dry and hard even though it’s slightly warm. It was left outside as per instruction and I collected it 5mins after it arrived. It tasted like an old pizza that has been reheated a number of times and not a freshly cooked pizza. This branch used to serve very nice pizza before 2020 but it’s seems that this year, all the pizzas that I have ordered either for delivery or for a pickup order taste horrible. So disappointing. I have also attached some photos of it.
We hv ordered 3 pizzas when we came home ,open the pizzas … called straight way and spoken to the manger about quality of the pizza he gave us credit. Today we called to redeem our credit another manager on the line abuse my Husband and refuse to take our order Worst pizza ever Worst customer service Best of luck to ur business

Consistently disappointing experience. Over 3 orders, 2 have been incorrect. Bases are consistently underdone and it somehow feels that the pizzas are just not in the oven long enough. Terrible when the big D produces something better..

Ordered a Peri chicken pizza through Uber eats and received a margarita pizza, coke and Bolognese. Now you're closed and can't get into contact to correct my order. Not the first time I've ordered from a crust pizza store and had incorrect items Update: I don't believe that is the case as I was able to track my driver and they had not been to another house prior to mine and also I had asked if he had another order in his car or delivery bag which he replied no and told me that the items given to him were the only items given to him
Lovely store was nice and clean ordered over the phone the guy who answer was kind calm and patient and was very good and double checked my order which other pizza shops I been to haven't before I arrived and paid for my pizzas and they weren't ready yet so he told me he would bring them out which was so helpful and save me the stress of coming back and forth to check the food was ready it was amazing and very fresh and was worth the money never going back to dominos after having this amazing experience at Cockburn crust.
Placed online order which stated would take 15 minutes. Went to collect 20 mins later and was served by a very grumpy unsmiling woman who said it would be another 4 minutes. I went back 5 mins later and was told still not ready and had to wait another 10 minutes. All good. But the pizzas tasted like store bought boxed pizzas. Disgusting. Never again.
