We are pizza makers, and our mission is to make pizza which feeds all your senses!

Story

We feed your sense of quality by using the finest ingredients we can find. And it’s what we do with them which really sets our pizzas apart; creating unique combinations that don’t just feed your sense of taste, they’re adventures in flavour. We don’t do it from a formula, or by the book.

We prefer to rely on instinct and feel, measuring by hand, not by the gram. This is the authentic way to make pizza. Sure it’s a little unrefined, but we’re proud of that. It’s pizza like this which feeds your sense of sharing, adding flavour to those occasions when you get together with friends and family.

I did order through online half an hour ago before I came from home.they call me for some changes for my order to conform she asked me twice even and I conform and when I reach store I waited for more half an hour and still when I received I got my food different then what I have ordered and they even can't cancel my order and the staff was there was very rude and they don't know which order came first and what need to be done.the guy cooking pizza was looking completely lost and unable to do his work and he didn't wear gloves even and put pizza in above cardboard and pick with Bear hands so unhygienic and they asked me to swap with new order and wait for 5 min but I waited again for 15 min .my partner pizza was cold until I got my pizza .such a unprofessional people they should be fired especially the girl who tried to be smart and thought she can handle customer and replaced the person whom I ordered should be fired on first place.she is really not a person who can manage staff properly nobody.she should be fired immediately if the owner really want better service . Nobody should get food fe crust neutral bay really unhygienic as well as 0 level of customer service.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!! We placed an order at 6pm on Friday and it took 3 hours to be delivered. After an hour we rang up and they said it was just about to leave the store which clearly it didn’t. Rang up 40mins later and the said the exact same thing again. The third time we rang they just said that nothing they can do we have to wait. They where rude and seemed completely disinterested. They finally turned there phone off THESE GUYS ARE RUINING CRUSTS REPUTATION. We will NEVER order from Crust again and will be telling everyone to stay away
Had to place a last minute order for 12 Pizzas for a staff lunch - Pizzas arrived nice and hot and at the time we requested. Very tasty too. Thanks team!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered several times over the past weeks and everytime we had to call and see where the delivery was. Multiple times we had to call back more than once after they said the order was on the road. Now at the point where we are the idiots for giving them another chance but won’t be making that mistake again.
Very poor. Sunday evening i ordered pizzas at 6:46 they didnt arrive until 8:27. Order docket stated 50mins. Called after an hour told it was on the way. Called 20mins after that to be told the driver was delivering Other orders. Terrible customer service. Will not be ordering again.
Terrible pasta, after long wait it arrived cold. Its only 3 mins distance for delivery and still cold. Tasted and looked bad, was unable to eat. Quite disappointing. Update: 2 bites is all i had and it has absolutely made me sick. Also looking at these guys response to other review it seems crust as whole does not care about customer service or providing quality food.
Not directed at the young staff, but rather management - very poor quality product, service doesn't exist, no leadership from management. This store is a shadow of what Crust uses to be. The pizza i received was bland, poorly put together and just drowning in sauce. Furthermore, management should consider a cleaning schedule for the filthy store. Don't eat here.
Will not ever be ordering from here again, ordered 2 pizzas at 5.40pm, was told pizza would arrive in 30mins. At 7pm when nothing had been delivered I called twice to follow up, no one answered and the phone rung out. They then called me back to tell me they were out of ingredients for one of the pizzas and to pick another one, after picking another one I was told the pizzas would be delivered in 20mins…. After waiting another 40mins nothing had been delivered I tried calling the store 9 times not a single call was answered and after all that the pizza was never delivered with no explanation as to why. Waited over three hours for nothing to be delivered and no communication from the store.. absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Ordered at 5:08pm, for delivery by 6:15pm, arrived at 6:35pm and missing an item. Driver returned at 7:05pm with missing item, which was understandibly cold. Emailed Crust support and store manager, no accountability or ownership of the issue. To add insult to injury, the pizza was pretty rubbish too.
Didn't have any issues with pickup. Went and ordered the pizzas, and the friendly staff provided the pizzas in 10 minutes as promised. The pizzas were not too bad.
