Efficient service, Crust is one of the best Pizza chains going around – Although this franchise has been hit and miss of late with the Pizza's taste. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I found the product to be quite dry. All-in-all though, a great feed for your Saturday night.Food: 4/5
Amazing service. Fantastic communication. Crust Alexandria catered the year 6 farewell for our school. They delivered 70 pizzas at once and on time. Thank you for making our event so amazing for our kids. Nothing was an issue and the organisation was made so easy. Can’t recommend highly enough. Ordered dinner with ice cream and although it was very good pizza, didn't get my ice cream. Driver said to call the store and the store promised to send the ice cream out but it just never came. UPDATE: Got ice cream 2 hours later...wrong flavour
Try anywhere else - they don’t know what they’re doing. This is the third time I’ve received cold pizzas with dough undercooked…and that’s via delivery and pick up! How can they get it so very wrong?? Made a complaint but let’s face it - what’s the point? They don’t care and nothing changes. Go anywhere else but Crust! Never again!
I should have known last time to not order from here again. Delivery time over an hour when it’s circa 30 minutes on the app. Last time pizza was cold and they said they would replace. This time I called after an hour and it hadn’t left the store. If you can’t pick up don’t order from here
Food not bad, but could be better. Crust Supreme not crispy enough, cheese too hard, taste not bad, PIZZAs all made of the same thing but it's all about the texture. Carbonara pasta not enough sauce, too dry.
Ordered via delivoroo, Vietnamese chicken; with extra mozerella, prawn, chicken!! This what we received!! No red cabbage, less than normal amount of cheese, less than normal amount of chicken, no prawns at all!! No salad !! Bbq Chicken with extra cheese and extra chicken, They send me normal base pizza with no bbq sauce, Lucky they didn’t miss the the extra peri peri sauce But again less amount of chicken and cheese!! Great pizza place in Alexandria, quick service great staff. Would recommend in comparison to Domino's or Pizza hut. Range of choice in pizza and starters. They do more than just pizzas and a good selection of desserts. Offers delivery and is well priced.
Without a doubt, the best flavor of pizza of all the crusts. fast service and very good quality.
