Just bought a pizza and garlic bread but were horrified when the young blonde girl working there ran her fingers through the cheese with no gloves and a grotty bandaid on her finger. We stupidly took our pizza but can't enjoy it. Majority of it is going in the bin.
Had to wait over an extra hour than the predicted time to receive two pizzas. We checked after they were we're 15 minutes late and they said the pizza had left, then we called in another half an hour, they said the pizza was on its way 5 minutes ago. We had to call again just before they closed almost two hours since we ordered and was extremely rude to me after I was calm and he wasn't listening. He wasn't this rude to the male friend that called before and kept telling me to calm down when I asked for a refund because it was clear we were being lied to and we weren't getting the pizzas. They finally turned up 10 minutes later and were cold. The driver was also talking on the phone and we had to go out to meet him. Not very professional. If you are busy Crust, let the customer know and don't keep lying about where the pizza is, or get better delivery people. It was shocking and I feel awful after being treated like that.
Quality here has dropped dramatically. Delivery took over 90 minutes after being promised in 60. Made multiple follow up phone calls but couldn’t get a straight answer about our delivery. Pizza was disappointing with a rubbery crust.
Placed an order at 6.22pm tonight .. It's now 8.20pm !! Called after 1. 1/2 hours Was told " on it's way will be 10 minutes " Called again , after 2 hours............. was told , " has not been made yet " Anybody have the phone number for Rebels Pizza ????
Pizza was fairly good. Staff were not particularly interested in even acknowledging my presence in the store- the manager had to yell at the counter staff for them to even look at me, which was a bit odd.Food: 4/5
Best pizza place that I've tried on the border. Appreciate the flavor and fresh ingredients of the gourmet pizzas and the thin bases. Love love the Vietnamese chili chicken! Wish they sold the big rectangle pizzas though like Melbourne's crust locations.
This franchise is terrible. Instead of giving you what you pay for, they give you other ingredients that are cheaper. I'll never go back Edit for the owner: We've already discussed this. You fixed the problem for a few weeks and then went right back to ripping your customers off again.
Tried it a few times over the last 6 months and very impressed every time. The ingredients are high quality, the crusts are tasty and crisp, good amount of cheese and flavours work together. Reasonable pricing so overall great value.
Have been here a few times - easy to get a park on Friday and Saturday nights as it is off the main street. Service is really good - quick,, efficient and polite - even brought my pizza out to me as I was sitting at the table waiting and i was taking it away. My only reason for a 4 score is that I ordered and paid for extra cheese - and did not think the cheese on my pizza was acceptable for paying for extra. Not that brilliant a dine in space - clean but nothing great. OK for a pizza in front of the footy night - but not the best pizza you can buy. Comparable prices for the quality.
Great service with an accidental wrong delivery tonight. Thankyou for fixing it up quick and a free bottle of Coke! I've always loved the pizzas, but you have made a loyal customer happy.
