I've been coming to this crust pizza for 3 years now and never experienced service as good as that which I received tonight. There's a young man who proactively sought my name and established the order that I was waiting for and served me promptly once that order was ready. Such behavior is to be applauded and commended as it's a step above the mediocre service that usually is experienced here.
If you want a small, cold, ordinary pizza, and terrible service, definitely order Crust Weston.nnI was charged $117 for two small pizzas.nnWhen our pizzas were delivered through the uber app, we realised they nownmake their pizzas half the size and charge old prices. In the Uber app, trying to figure out what had gone wrong, Uber Eats charged me for a new delivery, there is no way to cancel the order, I rang the store and stopped the order but uber charged me anyway, and the store manager blamed me, didn’t offer a refund or assistance, and hung up on me. He didn’t give me his name for a consumer complaint.
Most of the days their pizza is just the bread and a little bit of veggies. Very hard to find chicken and veggies. If I saw this pizza before I came home I would ask for a refund. It was just the bread and a lot of source and a thin layer of veggies only. Hard to find chicken. Crust- Weston, you guys should do a better job because these are food that people pay to eat.
The Peri Peri pizza delivery was fast, fresh, and full of flavour. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and everything arrived hot and perfectly cooked. It is easily one of the best pizza delivery experiences in Canberra. Highly recommended
