We ordered some pizzas, the oven baked chips and a bottle of vanilla coke over uber. We never received the bottle of coke which might have been the fault of the uber driver so won't get into that. The pizzas were fine luckily but the chips that we got were completely uncooked. Like still crunchy, raw potato in the middle.
Most of the days their pizza is just the bread and a little bit of veggies. Very hard to find chicken and veggies. If I saw this pizza before I came home I would ask for a refund. It was just the bread and a lot of source and a thin layer of veggies only. Hard to find chicken. Crust- Weston, you guys should do a better job because these are food that people pay to eat.
Charged me $5 to put egg on pizza as an extra. Got home and pizza had no egg on it. Tried calling several times after on the same number i ordered from with phone just ringing out 3 times. Sides were very average with chips wrapped in foil which made them very soggy.
For those who know about Crust, no new introction needed. Standard menu but well staffed site. Orders then to be churned very quickly and most importantly there's ample parking. Overall it's a good and well kept franchise and kudos to the owner for running a good store.
I recently ordered delivery from the store for a peri peri not chicken pizza and received a chicken pizza. I rang the store, the staff apologised and offered a new pizza. I requested a voucher and it has not been supplied.
