The downfall of Crust pizza. I used to be a big fan of Vietnamese Chilli chicken pizza from Crust. The cheesy, spicy twist has always been my favourite. But, the pizza was worst today which I order 20 mins ago today from here. It was tasteless and chewy. It was missing purple cabbage which is the star of the show. The mint coriander smelt off and everybit of the pizza was horrible.
We ordered pizza, waited an hour, they lost our order so we didn’t get anything. We asked for a refund after having paid and they told us it would take 4-5 days to process a $48 refund. This place is a rip off and a waste of time, never order from here!!!
Pizza is cold. This is the third time i ordered from here and it’s always below average. My ideal store is Mortdale but whenever it is Closed , I order from Kingsgrove. Especially , Sat/Sun when i order from Kingsgrove and it always disappoints me. I really didn’t wanted to Write this but as this has happened in a regular basis so i have to.
Soo baaaad ordered through uber eats ordered for the whole family and everything was disgusting. Carbonara was so dry and burnt no sauce pizzas were just straight rubbish.Food: 1/5
Disgusting, how can you order a pizza and have it cooked and delivered in half an hour and it turns up cold and dried out? I ring the manager to say I might have got the wrong onethat was already sitting there forever but no he didn"t care, been a customer a long time, see ya
The new owners are doing everything they can to lose their loyal customers. Add me to that list of lost customers tonight. I ordered from them a few weeks ago and was shocked at the stinginess of toppings. I gave them the benefit of doubt as there may have been a staff member having an off night. Nope… after tonight’s effort, my realisation came to purposefully holding back on the ingredients of a premium priced pizza. This ain’t no $5 Pizza Hut or dominos special. I’m sure the owner will see this and reply. Pick up your game or you will lose more and more business the same way you’ve lost me. 2 pics below. I got the 24.95 bundle. One large pizza and two sides. It was very good! The apple crumble bites were yummy and the garlic bread not over buttered. Just right. The supreme was yummy too! Great value.
So disappointed, pizza was so cold and chewy. Tasteless and just terrible. I asked to pay on arrival they said cash only I called the store two times to arrange a payment. They were so confused and put me on hold. After I payed with my credit card I told them how bad the pizza was for $67 3 pizza the lady didn’t care and just said we are sorry to hear that. I won’t purchase from crust again
There were bugs under my pizza and was completely cold when I got it.
Special thank you to Dax, the manager. Truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Really great customer service and really great food!
