Great quality pizza! It is more pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Quality ingredients placed evenly on the pizza not just chucked on sparingly, big juicy prawns. Delicious!
They got the order wrong through possible Miscommunication but in the end they reimbursed me for the time wasted. Very good customer service. Always delicious and fresh pizza
Disappointed and frustrated!! Ordered a vegan pizza for a pick up, I was chocked when arrived, as I saw the guy using the same knife for cutting meat and vegan pizzas!!! Unbelievable

Really disappointing experience… Ordered pizzas & chips to be delivered and get told the wait will be 30 mins. An hour later and we haven’t heard anything so rang to check on our order as you can’t track online. Rude service over the phone as the girl tells us it will be 10 minutes than hangs up without giving us a chance to talk to her. Wait another 20 minutes and it finally arrives. Delivery driver drops chips all over the footpath says “sorry my bad”, gets back in his car & leaves… cheers! Not feeling the passion
Ordered take away pizzas the website said 30 minutes delivered. I called them an hour later and was just told could be another 20-30 minutes! If we knew it was going to take so long we would have gone one of the easier and cheaper options!! Really disappointed to say the least.. Update on pizza’s they have arrived.. over and hour and 20 minutes.. Pizzas are cold! No wonder been in the car for 45 minutes as driver said doing multiple deliveries.
First time we've ordered 2 home delivery pizzas from Crust at Hawthorne,Brisbane A ham, pineapple & mushrooms and a vegetarian pizza. They arrived a bit soggy so we popped them in the oven to crisp them up a bit. Overall both "Crust " pizza's were dissapointing. I would liken them to a frozen pizza from a supermarket. Not worth it and wouldn't order from them ever again.

Never had a bad pizza from here. A few extra $$ than the cheaper options but the extra quality is worth it.Food: 5/5
Very Good Pizza, got peri peri not chicken with normal cheese.. very tasty.. service was quick and friendly.. would surely recommend to vegans ans vegetarians..
